Introducing Procurement Brain - Your Event Creation Copilot and Knowledge Keeper TLDR An AI assistant that lives directly inside the Fairmarkit app. It knows your events, particular event docs and company/department/team-wide documents - and it can actually do things, not just answer questions. What is it? An extension that adds an AI sidebar to Fairmarkit. Open it with one click while working on a sourcing event - no tab-switching, no prompting from scratch. Today the assistant is focused on event creation - helping buyers build events faster and with less friction. The foundation is designed to grow, the same copilot architecture can expand to cover the full product over time. Two tabs: Assistant - a conversational AI copilot that understands your current event and can act on your behalf Memory - a document library where you drop in SOWs, templates, past RFPs. The AI reads them before answering or building anything. What can it do? Answer questions about your event Ask anything about your current RFx - the assistant pulls context from the event, its documents, and team memory before responding. Create line items and worksheets Drop in a file with your requirements - specs, quantities, delivery details - and the assistant generates structured line items ready to attach to your event. Create questionnaires Describe what you need to evaluate and the assistant generates supplier-facing question sections grounded in your event context. Remember your documents Upload once, available everywhere. Team-wide references apply to all events. Event-specific documents stay scoped to that event. Why it matters This is what "AI-native procurement" looks like in practice. Not a chatbot bolted on the side, but an assistant that understands your data, your event, and your intent - and gets out of the way once the work is done.
