We built Proactive Intake, a corporate Slack-integrated procurement prototype that detects when workplace conversations reveal a real need, uses an intention engine to evaluate context and timing, and connects with internal MCP servers for intake and request workflows so employees can start the right procurement request before they ever have to find a form.

hm, one of the biggest challenges in building proactive intake agent is accurately identifying the real user intent behind a request before the process even starts.
